The finest water filtration systems

Pure water.
Straight from your tap.

Reverse osmosis lets only water molecules through. Chlorine, limescale, heavy metals and microorganisms are held back by a 0.0005 µm membrane and flushed down the drain. Compact under-sink systems, hot and cold water dispensers, and whole-house water softeners.

Step one · pure water, healthy life

What you can’t see in the glass, the membrane can.

Public water suppliers work hard to deliver clean water. The trouble is that many contaminants — especially those behind taste and odour problems — simply aren’t regulated. And when the pipes that carry water to homes, schools and public buildings begin to corrode, lead can find its way into your drinking water.

The membrane, live

Only water gets through.

Reverse osmosis works by forcing water across a semi-permeable membrane, leaving contaminants behind to be flushed down the drain. Clean drinking water collects in the storage tank. This isn’t a video — it’s happening right now, on your screen.

Five stages · one glass

A drop’s journey through the system.

Every standard RO system has five replaceable stages — each one captures something smaller than the one before.

  1. Stage 01 · 20 µm

    Sediment filter

The first pre-filter catches everything visible to the naked eye — sand, rust from the pipes and coarse particles that would damage the later stages.

  2. Stage 02 · carbon

    Carbon block filter

Activated carbon binds chlorine, chloramines and organic compounds that give water an unpleasant smell and taste.

  3. Stage 03 · 5 µm

    Sediment filter

A second sediment stage, four times finer — it protects the membrane and removes cloudiness.

  4. Stage 04 · 0.0005 µm

    RO membrane

The heart of the system. Water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane, while contaminants are held back and flushed down the drain.

  5. Stage 05 · final

    Post-carbon filter

The final filter “polishes” the water from the tank before it reaches the tap — so every glass has the same clean taste.

For business

Hot and cold water. Without a single bottle.

An RO system is a perfect fit for many businesses. Diamond Black dispensers connect directly to the water mains, filter water on the spot and serve it hot or cold — for offices, shops and cafés, clinics and waiting rooms.

  • Food & beverage
  • Agriculture
  • Hospitals
  • Hotels
  • Mining
  • Military
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Energy
  • Public institutions

Whole-house systems · water softeners

Don’t clean limescale. Prevent it.

The most effective way to stop limescale build-up is an ion-exchange water softener — it removes calcium and magnesium ions before they ever reach your appliances.

Especially harmful to

  • boilers
  • water heaters
  • washing machines
  • humidifiers
  • coffee machines

Why reverse osmosis

Four reasons. Zero bottles.

  1. 01

    Better taste

RO filtration improves the taste, smell and appearance of water by removing the contaminants that cause taste and odour problems.

  2. 02

    Saves money

With an RO system you can cancel your water deliveries and stop buying bottled water.

  3. 03

    Easy maintenance

RO systems have very few moving or replaceable parts, so they are easy to clean and service.

  4. 04

    Removes impurities

Nitrates, pesticides, sulphates, fluorides, bacteria, pharmaceuticals, arsenic — and the carbon filter takes care of chlorine and chloramines.

For comparison: even the smallest RO system we offer, the Standard Economic, produces around 380 l of pure water per day (100 GPD), while by this estimate your household uses 6 l.
